The NMV5000 DCG 5-axis control vertical machining center, equipped with Mori Seiki's original technologies: DDM(TM)(DirectDrive Motor), which achieves zero backlash and is produced in-house for maximum reliability, DCG® (Driven at the Center of Gravity), which controls vibration and improves acceleration, and ORC(TM) (Octagonal Ram Construction), which offers highspeed, high-precision feed.
It can complete all the machining in one clamping, except for the part being gripped, and achieves high-efficiency, high-quality machining of complex-shaped workpieces.
