This feeder comes from cooperation since 1980 between MORILLON S.A.and LES TALCS DE LUZENAC. As a result, feeding of products such as gluten or talc is achieved in a simple and economic way. The control system employed enables a steady flow rate ranging from 4 to 850 Kg/hour to be obtained.

A rotary paddle scrapes the bottom of the feeder. This is driven by a 0,75 Kw geared motor directly connected to the scraper. The dust tight bearings are reinforced by stuffing box with lubricator mounted on the gear shaft. The material flows through an oblong hole. The discharge capacity is controlled by opening and adjusting the slide covering the hole. A visual index shows the exact position of the slide which is adjusted by a handwheel. A standard flange is provided to fit a feed hopper of 100 or 400 liters material capacity. External dimensions : 0,65 m x 0,50 m x 0,70 m high, net weight : 42Kg
