The extraction of difficult to flow products, heavy or light, in powder or fibre form, dry or damp, having a very poor natural flow capacity.

HYDRASCREW Hydraulic screw unloader.
Principle:
A conveyor screw driven by a directly coupled hydraulic motor, sweeps the radius of the cell over 360 degrees and extracts the product in accordance with the "first in, first out" principle.
Total hydraulic transmissions grant the Hydrascrew both reliability and long last span, whilst allowing for high torque transmission at low speeds.
MORILLON also manufacture silo sweep augers (SPIROGYRE) for easy flowing materials (wheat, corn, barley, oil seeds ...).
