MICRO EMULSION WATER SOLUBLE COOLANT Description Supercut 3000 is a micro-emulsion metalworking fluid that is readily miscible with most mains water producing a transparent blue emulsion that is suited to a wide variety of applications. Supercut 3000 is a relatively low oil content product, is low foaming, offers excellent workpiece visibility and extended sump life. Supercut 3000 is non-staining to ferrous and non-ferrous materials which enables it to be used on a wide variety of alloys which include ferrous metals up to and including medium tensile and high carbon steels, cuprous alloys and cast iron. It is particularly suited to modern CNC machining centres.
