SMV-3 Fast automatic silk-screen printing machine, available in different versions, printing up to 3 colours, suitable for decoration and lacquering of cylindrical containers, in particular closures, syringes and flexible tubes. Standard technical characteristics * 12-station rotating turret with indexing movement; * up to 3 printing modules each driven by a 'linear motor' which works synchronized with the mechanical rotation of containers; when the diameter of the articles to be printed changes it is no longer necessary to change the gears which allow their rotation during printing; * mandrel “quick change” which does not need the use of any tools (it can be carried out totally by hand) when the machine is configurated for flexible tubes; * system for vacuum through the mandrels; * printing modules adjustable in height by means of one single remote control (upon request); * double squeegee, for both printing and ink recovery, electro-pneumatic control (or mechanic if required) with vertical movement; * control of all machine functions and accessories installed, by a Personal Computer with digital control CANbus; * "no container, no printing" device; * speed variator with 3-phase motor and electronic control of number of revolutions by means of an inverter; * automating loading and unloading devices; * flame pre-treatment with electronic flame detection; * automatic register device; * UV 'sealed' lamps for reducing the emission of heat, with electronic control through the Personal Computer of the machine.
