The motan vibratory feeder CV 80 is ideally suited for continuous or discontinuous dosing of glass fibre and free-flowing flakes as well as fragile chips and abrasive, grained powder.
It can be controlled either gravimetrically or volumetrically. The compact, modular design gives the operator the flexibility to meet changing process requirements. By adjusting the frequency range, you achieve a wider feedrate range.
The vibration feeder assures a consistent dosing of free-flowing and fragile bulk materials. The electromagnetic vibration drive with a permanent magnet and spool is controlled via a frequency signal from the motan C2 system.
