Power & Free Conveyors are systems able to solve very complex problems of mechanical handling, such as interconnection between two or more working areas which are operating according to different timing.
The high degree of flexibility of P+F Conveyors allows to manage interconnections by means of specific functions as the following:
- Static buffers;
- Dynamic buffers;
- Recirculating of the goods;
- Synchronisation of the speed of different lines;
- Transfer of goods per units or per sets on request of the different working areas, with automatic shifting of the not required goods; and consequent independence of each load;
- Feeding under different production rate of the different areas of the installation;
- Shifting out from the main line into buffers of the loads not requested;
- Forwarding of the loads spaced at the requested distances which could differ
from one area to another;
- Forwarding of the loads at different speeds in the different areas;
- Automatic selection of the loads with reference to dimension, to the weight or to trolley code or to product code;
- Shifting of the loads from one line to another one as well as collecting of the loads coming from different lines into the main line.
