Rollers conveyors allow to outline flexible and reliable lines very different as to their layout. They are mainly used when it is necessary to handle and work products without supporting pallets or polystirene and/or paperboard bases or products gathered on wood pallets.
The high flexibility of these conveyors allow to handle interconnections among manual or automatic working areas, through specific functions such as:
- Transfer of goods per units or per sets on request of the different working areas, with automatic shifting of the not required goods and corresponding independence of each load;
- Shifting out from the main line into buffers of the loads not requested;
- Buffers among the various working areas;
- Product transfer at specific production rate concerning part of the plant;
- Automatic selection of the loads with reference to dimension, weight or trolley code or product code;
- Right-angled transfer among parallel or right-angled lines;
- Recirculating of the goods.
