Pixelated optical polarizer

The newest development in ProFlux polarizers is the Pixelated polarizer array. Using the Nanowire® fabrication technology, the polarization orientation can be changed from pixel to pixel.Each pixel can have a different polarization orientation (e.g. 0°, 90°, 45°, and -45°).

The Pixelated polarizers can be used in the Visible, NIR, SWIR, MWIR, and LWIR wavelength ranges depending on the substrate and the anti-reflective coatings used. These micro-patterned polarizer arrays can be aligned with focal plane arrays or microbolometers.
