The MP Bulkbox with dosable outlet in its hopper bottom is the ideal solution for effectively packing, storing, transporting and dosed unloading of bulk cargo directly into your (semi-)automated production or assembly line.
Dosed unloading
During unloading accuraltely dispensing the flow is possible. The MP Bulkbox can be used for components or bulk cargo (from 8mm diameter up )
Continuous machine feeding
The MP Bulkbox is ideal to feed components into your machine feeder. Its a great alternative for big bag unloading stations. If double stacked, by changing only the top MP Bulkbox, a continuous supply to your machine is ensured.
Transport
With the MP Bulkbox your bulk materials can be transported in 2 layers, and during return transports up to 5 Bulkboxes fit on one pallet place.
Applications
A major application of the MP Bulkbox is feeding machines with small parts or intermediates via dosed unloading of its content. The Bulkbox can placed directly from the truck into your machine feeding station. Or end-filling & packing stations, ready for transport.
