Continuous in-line flow RADIAL systems are ideal for applications such as in-line continuous product cleaning of wire, strip, rod, tube and bar material. These systems clean, rinse and dry at speeds up to many hundreds of feet per minute in mild aqueous solutions. Cleaning is achieved by passing product through exclusive Power Sonics RADIAL 360 degree transducers. Cavitation levels are 10 times, or more, as great at the same power input as convention flat type transducers. Floor space is optimized since systems are generally integrally mounted on their own bedplate base, also simplifying installation.
