Computer numerical controls (CNC) for lathe

MSH CNC systems are series of high-performance PC-based devices with open architecture. The unique architectural feature of MSH CNC system is unification of components, control console and unit and complete software compatibility of different CNC models.
CNC functions under the control of system software MSHAK-CNC. It is universal software, designed for control of lathe, milling and multi-axis machines (up to 8 axis).


Built-in programmable interface PLC and PLC input language (type "Structural text") provide CNC flexible customization to a specific machine type.

Characteristic features of MSH CNC systems:

Simultaneous control of up to 8 machines(4-axes)
Number of synchronous (interpolated) axes -32
Min. servo cycle time - 5 msec
Max. speed of program performance - 2000blocks/sec
Frequency of encoder input inquiry - 40MHz
Lookahead - 1000 block/sec (at 3-axis interpolation)
Lookahead with a standard memory - 3000 segments
Virtual axes for inverse kinematics
Simultaneous control of analog and digital drives (direct PWM control).
