In order to improve the adhesion of the lacquer on the construction unit, the construction unit must be degreased and treated with a Phoshatierung. Thus also a higher corrosion resistance is reached.
For the different treatment steps there are solutions, with which the parts over spraying technology are treated or with large parts over dipping technology.
The main treatment steps needed for it can look as follows:

Degrease
Pickle
Activate
Phosphatize
Drying systems

Between each step single-step or two-stage rinsing takes place for neutralization.

All medium-affecting parts are manufactured made of stainless and acid-proof high-grade steel. The water consumption is minimized by an optimal filtration and cascade control. The heating of the baths can be brought in electrically, by means of gas or as technical warmth.

Complete and unloading in more automatic or part automatic variant can be taken over by us.
