Designed for a multistage spray and drying process, MTM's SKR model cleaning system provides outstanding spray applications for parts with large surfaces and a simple geometry. The parts are transported on a circular track through sectional processing stations. The concurrent activity of several procedural stages with short cycle periods allows for batch throughputs with up to 180 parts/hour. The SKR combines loading and unloading into a single station at which a single operator can handle the loading. Compared to conventional throughput spray systems, the SKR clearly requires less space and can even be integrated into production with limited space availability.
