Temposonics R-Series Position Sensors are generally designed for optimum performance of industrial applications. The unit has a pressure-resistant sensor pipe that is connected to the external electronics head through a flexible, oil-proof PUR cable. Its sensing element features a rod that can be mounted into a cylinder in the presence of separately-fitted remote electronics board. Hence, the RDV sensor can be incorporated easily without altering the mechanical dimensions. It is perfect for the installation in cylinders in the presence of challenging space, e.g. in clevis mounted cylinders.
