The MC-Spring-loaded pressure contact consists of a pressure contact pin which is pressed against a spring loaded pressure contact to make the connection. The spring loaded pressure contact is equiped with the proven MC-Multilam. The contact carriers used are the standard contact carriers of series M, E... for nom. Ø 1,5mm and 2mm. Spring loaded contacts are used in docking systems with short stroke distances (about 6mm) or in combination with standard plug contacts for signal contacts etc. MC-Spring loaded contacts are made of brass, gold plated. The cable is connected by crimping. Contact cycles: 500'000 max.
