The MultiCam EZ Knife system was developed to serve markets that require mechanized knife cutting, creasing, and perforation operations. The EZ Knife system supports tangential drag, oscillating and ultrasonic cutting techniques. Choose from many blade types including rotary, spear point, utility, and more. EZ Knife can be purchased as a stand-alone CNC machine based on the MultiCam 1000 Series and 3000 Series motion platforms and can also be added as an option to the 1000, 3000 Router and Plasma Series.

* All steel, stress relieved and precision machined base frame
* 60” X 120” and 2M X 3M vacuum tables standard
* 2” (50mm) cut capacity with all tools
* Teknic digital AC servo drives for high-speed/high-acceleration cutting
* 5.5 HP (4 kw), variable speed, 45,000 RPM spindle
* HSK-25 (ER-16 collet) tool holders ( up to 3/8” shank tool capacity)
* Push button release, manual quick changing of tools
* All heads driven by independent Z axis servo for fast changeover between machining operations
