Powder dosing system PDS is a semiautomatic machine to dose powder or granulated products into caps, bottles and jars. Machine is composed of one stainless steel base supporting the dosing unit, the hopper and the control panel. By means of the control panel the operator sets the dosage, the dosing speed and the mixer speed. The dosing system is based on the cochlea principle. The system has one 5 lt capacity powder hopper equipped with a mixing stirrer with electronic speed adjustment. It is possible to fill different kind of bottles and there is one device to adjust the system to the different dimensions of the bottles.
