Charge air hoses are air conduction hoses that counterbalance the relative movements of the various units of the supercharged vehicle power unit. Depending on the materials selected, these charge air hoses (NW 60 to 180 mm) operate mainly in commercial vehicles under temperatures of between 50 and 260°C and a pressure of -100 hPa to 500 kPa (overpressure). The flexibility of these hoses is determined mainly by their geometrical configuration and the optimum integration of defined folds.
