Laboratory padsaw for curve and contour cutting

Internal cut-outs and contours:
These machines enable you to produce any imaginable cut-outs and reliefs in fibreglass, laminated paper and aluminium plates quickly and exactly, e.g.: cut-outs in fibreglass plates for the production of test adaptors or solder frames, rectangular, square or circular cut-outs for measuring instruments, displays, code switches in aluminium front plates or plastic housings, etc.

A clean, straigth cutting guide can also be achieved by manual guidance, as no delay is encountered because of the stroke movement of the tool, as is the case with rotating millers, for example.

A drilling table is integrated on the right machine side with which the outlet bore for the following saw cut in internal cut-outs can be produced.

CBN and HSS padsaw blades can be delivered as accessories for almost all materials.
