BOSCH FMS 1000 is a measuring machine for 3D measurements of form and diameter of high-precise mechanical parts with small tolerances.

The measuring machine contains the patented optical-interferometrical stylus system WhitePoint and allows non contact high-speed scanning of rotation-symmetric parts with a rotation speed up to 1000 RPM. The optical stylus probe with a smallest diameter of 0.7 mm and light spot diameter of 9 µm can be used for measurements of very small structures. Fiber probe with diameter of 35 µm and 3 µm light spot could be used for some special applications.
