FTP 40 is an interferometrical system for high precision measurements of flatness, thickness and parallelism of mechanical parts.

The optical system is based on patented concept of White Light Interferometer and allows fast measurements of both parallel surfaces without moving the part.
The interferometer unit contains high aperture, long working distance telecentric objective, high power LED and optimized illumination optics. Thus the measurement system FTP 40 allows also measurements without stitching on surfaces with low reflectivity.
