This CNC Turret Punching Machine consists of international pneumatic and electrical components, imported long travel ballscrews, the liner guideway, worktable with brush, and steel balls auto central lubrication device and auto floating clamps.
For higher volume production, many sheet metal processes can be carried out on a CNC machine for lower cost and higher repeatability.
With CNC turret punching, the material is automatically fed into the CNC turret punching machine and positioned very accurately under the punch. The CNC turret punch can be loaded with an array of different tools which are changed automatically by the tool changer. The CNC turret punching machine is programmed to very quickly perform all the punching operations on the work piece including creating cut outs, holes, slots, ventilation grilles and louvers.
