The HYBRIDIZATION System improves particle features and produce new, innovative material combinations from commercially available micrometer- and nanometer particles. New characteristics of such treated materials are e.g. a better flowability or dispersibility, the masking of the core material (smell, taste) or a structural change of the material from crystalline to amorphous. In minimizing of cost-intensive materials you can find another advantage of this system.

During Hybridization processes fine powder is applied onto or on the surface of a core powder. The main methods are embedding, penetrating, coating (micro-encapsulation) or rounding. The system works with mechanical forces like impact and shear - it is therefore not restricted by chemical laws.

The Hybridization System is widely used in the field of special- and fine chemistry. Because of the almost unlimited varieties of combinations (organic and inorganic materials) the system is used e.g. for toner, cosmetics or carbon industry.
