CanBio VSE Hydraulic Machine characteristics :

Thanks to complete digital control, this machine performs very high precision molding operations, which translate into excellent product repeatability to satisfy all the end user's needs.
The VSE project assures easy maintenance as well, due to the easy access to the machine's components, a noteworthy combination of state-of-the-art electronics and hydraulics, combining the performance of variable displacement pumps and closed loop control of pressure and speed with remarkable energy (and thus production costs) saving. Energy savings range between 15% and 45% in respect to traditional hydraulic injection machines thanks to the servo-motor that activates pump operation.
The VSE is also unbeatable in terms of performance, increased by 20% if compared with traditional models, while highly flexible use is guaranteed by the quick-change plasticizing unit, which can be replaced in a few minutes.
