Combined solution : metal detector and checkweigher NEMESIS

If the production demands it, the section with metal-detector is available and it can be added in a standard checkweigher: the connection with the standard checkweigher is very simple: it's enough to insert the connector and the metal-detector section is operating.

With the integration of a metal-detector - mono-frequency or multi-frequency - the standard checkweigher HSC350 reassumes in the minimal space the necessary functions for a standard end-line.

Large range
The metal-detector is available in two versions: mono-frequency Series M and series S of small dimensions. It can be supplied also lacking of standard checkweigher like independent unit equipped of ejector and accessories.

The contaminated product can be expelled with a shunter dedicated and accumulated "under key" in observance to the enforced norms on the pre-packing. The line arranged with mteal-detector comes used particularly in the alimentary field, but it can be easy integrated in every other production line.

HSC350 is conformed with the OIML R51 Class III in the various versions until 270 piece for minute, as checkweigher in standard X(1) and as price labeler in standard Y(a).
