Description

With its 100kg load capacity, this assembly station enables orientation at practically any angle: the part can rise, fall, pivot, tilt, and so on. Its position adapts to the user’s size and needs, not the opposite. Improved ergonomics and comfort is thus privileged during operation. The electric actuators on the ERGO360° assembly station provide extremely smooth movement. Control is via a tactile screen and a number of different positions can be memorized. It has numerous applications in industry: parts assembly and installation, electrical wiring, deburring, etc. Like all products in the Neoditech range, the ERGO360° assembly station is mobile. • Maximum allowable torque at wrist: 390 Nm • Weight: 200kg • Base with feet or wheels • Coupling between the manipulated part and the plate at the end of the wrist not included Operation • Mains powered – 220V single-phase supply • Drawn power: 500W • Number of users that can be programmed: 5 • Number of position presets per user: 3 Recommended for Assembly and installation operations, inspection, wiring, burring, etc. Orientation of parts at any angle Electric actuators provide extra-smooth movement, controlled by a user interface. Up to 5 individual users can be programmed, each with 3 preset positions in memory. Mobility and compactness With its crescent-shaped base, the ERGO360° station provides optimum close-up access to parts. This base can be fitted with feet or wheels. Set-up is therefore very quick and requires no prior building work. The total footprint is kept to a minimum to ensure the device integrates easily into the production environment.
