Description

NESS-climatic cold smoking and climatic maturing systems: systematics for different applications. Independent of producing big or small pieces, thin or thick calibre, smoked, air-dried and/or matured botrytis products, with the NESS-climatic class you achieve defined and standardised maturation and drying conditions and therefore a consistently high product quality and safety in production.

The individually designed systems working with harmonised air distribution and program sequences guarantee an optimal maturing and drying for all firm and/or spreadable raw sausage and raw salted products. No matter if it is a 1-trolley or a 60-trolley climatic cold smoking system beeing constructed in high quality steel, laid bricks or in panel construction, or if you need a climatic maturing room with 4 or 240 trolleys capacity – NESS provides the optimal solutions. We already consult you in the design phase we provide you with the installation plan including all required measurements and data. Furthermore we inform you about possible savings of energy, for e.g. heat recovery or alternative methods for air conditioning (DryGenic-air conditioning).
