Micro Ψ-Mix® NETZSCH Grinding & Dispersing

The Micro Ψ-Mix® is the laboratory-scale version of the proven Ψ-Mix® Inline Disperser designed for pilot plants and small batches. Homogeneous, fine dispersions with exactly reproducible quality are achieved within a controlled process in the Micro Ψ-Mix®. It combines a new energy-saving dispersing method with emission-free inline operation. Powdered solids are wetted with liquid components under vacuum and micro-cavitation.
It is possible to process both low and high viscosity suspensions - even those that can barely be pumped - from the entire range of applications for dispersing technology.

with a low solids content in large liquid batches
with solids that are difficult to wet
with extremely fine solids.
