Gleaning Machine PSM The high-performance PSM Cleaning Machine - now available with recirculating air sifter - for coffee, cocoa, nuts and pulses. Machines with a throughput of 5-60t/h can be supplied.
The machine comprises a completely enclosed dust- proof sieve box. The two sieves, for coarse and fine separation, are fitted with rubber sieve cleaning elements. The drawer construction of the sieves enables them to be replaced easily. The low-energy eccentric drive develops an extremely quiet and highly effective rotary action which can be continuously adjusted up to 30 mm.
In the newly designed recirculating air sifter, dust and lightw'eight material is cleanly separated from the product and discharged through a cyclone. Up to 80-85% of the clean air is returned to the sifter through specially shaped trunking. The remaining air is passed to the filter assembly. It has been possible to reduce the size of the filters and thus save energy
