Dense phase pneumatic conveying system NEUHAUS NEOTEC

The NEUHAUS NEOTEC vacuum transport system is designed as a discontinuous device and it works with high load impulse process. The low conveying speed, less than 5 m/sec. assures a gentle product handling and prevents changes of product volume.


The total closed system can also be operated with additional gas, e.g. CO2. Close loop and low rest oxygen content are the further advantages of the system. The possibility to overcome long distances make the system versatile for better plant design.


Practical studies shown:


Less mechanical strain of the product by using the vacuum transport system. Particle distribution will remain. Also positive is the result to keep the bulk density unchanged.
