Our Conti FB Pilot plants are extreme flexible systems in various sizes, in which all continuous fluidized bed processes and almost every product can be tested:
- Drying and cooling of bulk goods
- Agglomeration of powdery compounds
- Spray granulation for bringing liquids into solid condition
- Coating for product enhancing
- Microencapsulation of active agents
The adjustment of several parameters allows for developing products with exactly defined characteristics. Reproducible process operations secure a scale-up to production requirements. Neuhaus Neotec Conti FB pilot plants are used in high demanding lines like food industry, fine chemicals, chemistry, pharmaceutics and biotechnology.

- Extensible nozzles, even during processing CIP- or WIP-design
- Product weirs for sectioning
- Vibration for fluidization of delicate products
- Air velocity from 0,3 up to 2 m/ s
- Supply air temperature up to 180 °C
- Humidification / dehumidification of supply air
- Top- or bottom-spray
