M3-L Linear Actuator Modules
The world's smallest closed-loop linear motion system
The M3-L is a miniature high-resolution positioning system for applications such as photonic/RF tuning devices, optical instrumentation, precision hand-held devices, aerospace controls and biomedical systems.
M3-L modules have low power consumption and 3.3V input voltage for battery-powered operation. They are less than than half the size and one-fourth the weight of comparable systems.
M3-L modules provide closed-loop motion with 0.5 µm position resolution and travel range of up to 20 mm. They accept high-level digital motion commands via standard serial interface (I2C or SPI). Modules are customized to fit your OEM application.
