Silver Bullet diode laser sub assemblies are offered with (optional) soldering kits. Silver Bullets to customer-supplied heat exchangers can be attached. Extreme care should be taken when handling these components. We recommend that they only be used by customers who are experienced in the handling and packaging of GaAs semiconductor chips.
