ME-2 Series Newage Testing Instruments

The ME-2 Series Rockwell hardness testers meet ASTM E18. They can be supplied in three models: advanced, basic and analog. Each model can be supplied for regular or superficial testing. Combination packages are also available that include both the regular and superficial tester model.

The ME-2RDS Series is our advanced digital tester featuring a resilient dynamic compression loading system and our advanced digital readout. The load system effectively eliminates critical friction points that can contribute to erroneous readings. The advanced digital test head is password protected and can be used to display your hardness result, plus a variety of advanced functions including tolerances, SPC, etc. Save over 2400 results to memory for recall and analysis. Print reports including averages of results and statistical analysis including standard deviations, variations and coefficient of variation, % exceeding +3 sigma, Min/Max results, and % acceptable for a batch. Use the digital readout's RS232 output with our optional DataView® software for more comprehensive reporting and analysis. This series may also be equipped with optional motorized major load control .
