The 3900S is a high-performance, tunable, solid state IR laser. It delivers tunable, CW output from 675 to 1100 nm in a low-cost package. Additional information on this laser measurement equipment can be found on the ophiropt.com website. Other Ophir sensors and meters may also be suitable for the 3900s, depending on application.
