The Empower® series is the next generation of diode-pumped pulsed green laser. Ideal for pumping Ti:sapphire amplifiers, such as the Spectra-Physics Spitfire®, the Empower high pulse energy makes it suitable for other applications, particularly for material processing tasks in the microelectronics industry. These Q-switched Nd:YLF lasers deliver a high power output of up to 45 W at 527 nm and adjustable pulse repetition rates between 1 and 10 kHz.
The Empower series pulse energies are as high as >28 mJ. Thanks to the diode pumped technology, the Empower features excellent output stability with pulse energy variations less than 0.5% rms. The compact laser head, with the smallest footprint available, and the fully computer-controlled power supply simplify system integration.
