The main element of the bottle emboxing / deboxing cell is a six-axis polyarticulated robot. This EMBOX-PAL robot range is dedicated to bottle emboxing / deboxing and/or transfer to remuage boxes.
Newtec has developed this robotic cell in addition to the existing range (depalletizer, filling machine, packing machine and palletizer) providing a global response for production lines.
The main features of this technology are :
-Row preparation of upright bottles on conveyor(s),
-Laying down of bottles by gripping head during transfer to the box,
-Bottle loading into wooden crates and/or cages,
-Easy operation,
-High throughput,
-Reduced floor space,
-Flexible lay-out possibilities.
Emboxing throughput can reach 18 500 bottles/hour.
