Depending upon pallet patterns, products specifications and lines production speed, the PAL-VITE 1000 can be fitted with 1 or several heads of 2 to 4 axis each. Purpose designed to suit product specifications, the prehension device can pick-up unit loads, rows of loads or even complete layers. The gripping head may also integrate other functions such as distribute empty pallets or place cardboards between layers etc... With a maximum admissible weight of up to 200 kg per cycle, the PAL-VITE 1000 is able to palletise, de-palletise or load into carton box containers complete layers of collated products (such as cases, pacKs. bundles, etc..) as well as layers of non-collated products (such as bottles, cans, jars, sachets, etc...in bulk). For such applications, the PAL-VITE 1000 is fitted with a layer forming unit and a 3-axis head so as to interlock layers.
The PAL-VITE 1000 "aerial" structure requires limited floor space only but provides easy access as well as multiple lay-out possibilities. All axis drives and shaft encoders are P.L.C. controlled which makes the PAL-VITE 1000 very accurate, highly reliable and efficient.
