NexTech is developing SOFC cell and stack technology for a range of commercial and military applications. NexTech's SOFC technology offers several important attributes, including high performance and efficiency, tolerance to sulfur impurities in fuel, and scalability in power outputs. NexTech's business model is to manufacture and sell stacks (1-20 kW in scale), working in concert with system integrators during the product development phase. NexTech also will manufacture and sell large-area planar cells to stack developers targeting larger power (50+ kW) systems.
