We perform development and production of magnetic material SmFeN, taking advantage of the manufacture technology of fluorescent powder. Our SmFeN process does not include the fine-grinding process against the common sense of a magnetic material. And, it has very fine size of about 3 micrometers, and the flowability of a compound is excellent. Therefore, it is suitable for injection molding that makes complex molding and combination molding. We can produce material with the magnetic performance of 16MGOe(127 kJ/m3) of the highest level in injection molding, which have excellent corrosion resistance.
