Nikken's range of high performance speeders allow the output and productivity from your standard machine tool spindles to be increased substantially.

Available in two main ranges; Standard (10,000 to 20,000rpm) and High Speed (30,000 to 40,000rpm) we have an option to meet most requirements.

RANGE:

PX4 & PX5 Models

High Speed 10,000 up to 20,000rpm
Increases input speed by either 4 or 5 times
Mirror finish internal gears (Nikken fluid dynamic process)
High run-out accuracy from SK nut and TiN bearing
PX6 & PX10 Models

Increased Speed 30,000 up to 40,000rpm
Increases input speed by either 6 or 10 times
Internal ratio provides lower machine spindle load
High run-out accuracy from SK nut and TiN bearing
Nikken are also able to provide a special spindle speeder with 90 degree angular output. This unit provides a maximum output speed of 18,000rpm.
