General Description: SOUWEST MAGNETECH Plate magnets are designed to remove tramp iron such as Bolts, Nuts, Bits of Wire, Nails and other casual impurities from free flowing products, like gravel, corn, sugar, plastic, flour and other granular materials. As the product pass over or under the magnet plate, scrap iron metal is attracted to the magnet's working surface and captured in place until cleaned.
Varied plate with different models, configurations and dimension can be designed to meet with specific operations and plant conditions. Usually assembled in angled chutes, ducts, spouts or suspended above conveyors, screens and feed trays, they can protect the facility against occasional damaging from little iron scraps. According customer requirement, the standard plate can be added additional connect parts, such as hinge , tapped mounting hole.
