General Description:
SOUWEST MAGNETECH Magnetic Grate can trap and hold ferrous fines, fragments, and small metal objects with a properly configured, high-density magnetic field. These magnetic units consist of Stainless steel tubing and frames. They can be installed or simply laid-inside of hoppers, housings, and bins and can be easily removed out for cleaning. Please take care these grates are built for low-abrasion applications. Standard magnetic grates are welded or screwed from stainless steel frame and 25mm diameter round bars filled with either high grade Ceramic or Rare Earth Magnets, arrayed on 50mm centers.
Standard item or special item for square magnetic grate, round magnetic grate, magnetic grade with baffles, easy-cleaning magnetic grate with different dimension and gauss value are available for customer choice.

Easy-cleaning magnetic grate
SOUWEST MAGNETECH Easy Clean Magnetic Grate can be cleaned easily and quickly. Release the fixed mechanism, take the magnetic cores/bars out of the stainless steel tubes and the attracted ferromagnetic impurities simply falls away from tubes. Pull the magnetic cores/bars back into the tube assembly and the grid is in magnetic working place once again.
