The hook & loop and thread can be standard polyester and nylon. Other high-temperature threads include fiberglass or aramid. BST-VFRS Fire Résistant Firesleeve With Velcro Flook and Loop is a perfect solution to protect cables, wires and hoses with very high température. It's made by fiberglass sleeve and silicone. This sleeve is a self-extinguishing thermal protection sleeve. Silicone rubber on our tire sleeve sheds molten metals, slag, welding splatter, electrical or grinding sparks and contamination. This sleeve with the velcro System offers the chance to bundle and install easily different cables and wires. This retrofit solution allows the sleeve to be added, or replaced conveniently - this makes for an easy to use Electic Arc Furnace cable cover (EAF cable cover).
