Description

It is the highest analytical quality solution for the LEL concentration monitoring in dryers, ovens and ducts, developed for a wide range of applications. Here some features: • - Can detect any chemical which respond to a flame. • - Extremely low measure drifts, a calibration check is suggested every 6 months only. • - Fast response time (T90 <2s, sampling line excluded). • - Fits harsh applications with sample temperatures up to 200°C. • - Low maintenance. Sampling system and loop analytical technology Our exclusive sampling system sucks the sample using an ejector (maintenance free). The sample is constantly monitored in term of flow and vacuum to warn against any possible anomaly that may invalid the analysis results (sample loss, filter clogging, ejector air pressure drop..). This sample is then picked up through a loop and pushed into the detector, this system guarantees much more stability and less maintenance than the standard continuous flow sampling systems with capillaries. The precision of an FID detector and the hydrogen management The FID detector with conveyed discharge is developed for unattended industrial use and guarantees all the analytical capacities of a lab gas chromatograph. It’s able to detect VOCs up to ppb concentrations. The flame combustion gas (hydrogen) essential for any kind of FID, is safely managed with a continuous flame monitoring and a leak sensor, charged to stop the hydrogen flow if any anomaly occur. Normative references Compliant with EN1539. Compliant with EN60079-29-1.
