nLIGHT's industry recognized conduction-cooled "CS" diode laser package provides end users with state-of-the-art power, brightness and reliability. These 1-cm arrays, based on our proprietary MOCVD structure, consist of multiple transverse mode emitters, which offer low beam divergence and narrow spectral bandwidth. CS bars are available in a wide range of wavelengths at 665 nm and 680 nm, and between 790 nm to 980 nm, and 1400 nm to 1600 nm.
