The EXBOX is extremely solid thanks to its design, the plywood assembly system and the steel corner pieces. It is light and easy to assemble and handle. Like all our collapsible plywood boxes, it can be easily recycled. Benefits Like all our collapsible plywood boxes, the EXBOX is: -Delivered and stored flat -Solid: Highly resistant to falls and stacking -Can be made to measure starting at 50 units -Designed using an integrated closure system -Complies with the ISPM 15 standard -Suitable for all types of transport (air-land-sea) -Available in stock for standard dimensions -Can be personalised (markings, handles, packing material, etc.) WALLS -Front panel – bottom – back panel: 3 plywood panels of 4, 5 or 6 mm joined by two mortised steel strips -Side panels: 2 plywood panels of 4, 5 or 6 mm -Optional: lifting straps, printings, grip lugs for attaching a top reinforced by a steel frame TOP (OPTIONAL) -Either a plywood panel of 4, 5 or 6 mm with or without interior plywood reinforcements fitted onto the box or attached to the walls with hinges, toggle latches, velcros … -Or a plywood panel of 4, 5 or 6 mm, reinforced by a mortised steel frame FASTENING -With toggle latches or velcros -By strapping / nailing / screwing (if top fitted onto the box) -By folding the grip lugs (if top reinforced by a steel frame) with our dedicated tool, the KIBOLO®
