The field display 2800-2066 is designed for industrial timing. A typical application is heat treatment in metal industry. The timing starts when the furnace door is closed or the required temperature is reached.

The field display 2800-2066 measures time in seconds, minutes and hours. Timing is started by closing contact and stopped by opening contact. Time counting can be continued by closing the contact again.The display indicates the elapsed time. Reset of the display can be done via external contact. The maximum time on the display is 99 hours 59 minutes and 59 seconds and the hours, minutes and seconds are separated by full stops. As an option, fractions of seconds 0.1 and 0.01 are also available for fast measurements.
