Compact Case Packer for 70-100 tubes per minute filling rate
Tubes are often packed and transported in shipper boxes loaded on pallets. This unique case packer automatically takes care of the packaging of the tubes in shippers with a minimum of floor space and operators required.
Different sizes of tubes and shipper boxes can be used with the Norden Compact Case Packer. Between 6-12 tubes per case can be packed depending on the tube and box size.The system is designed to handle tubes with a diameter of up to 50 mm, which is a typical tube diameter used by the cosmetics industry for products like shampoo, conditioners and lotions.
The Norden Compact Case Packer is available with new Nordenmatic 702 and Nordenmatic 902 tube filling machines. The Case Packer is fully integrated with the filling machine and parameter setting is carried out via the control panel of the filling machine.
